How do I register for the certification training?

To request registration information for the certification training, contact the Minor Judiciary Education Board by calling 717-558-3600 or emailing mjeb2006@comcast.net and information will be sent to you when it is available.

Where is the certification training held?

The training is held at the Four Points by Sheraton located at 800 East Park Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17111. This training is not offered anywhere else in Pennsylvania.

When is the next certification training scheduled?

The next certification training is scheduled for (to be announced). The training lasts four weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Is there a cost for the certification training?

There is no cost for the certification training The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania provides course materials only at no charge to the individual enrolled. However, each participant in the certification training is responsible to pay for any lodging costs, meal costs, and mileage costs.

Am I required to stay at the Four Points Sheraton during the entire four weeks of the certification training?

Each class participant is permitted to lodge at a hotel of their choice, or commute daily if they prefer. However, lodging costs and mileage expenses will be the responsibility of individual class participants.
